Achieve More started in July 2017 when the Chief Achievement Officer, Robert Olinger, decided to utilize his talents to help organizations Achieve More.

Robert served 21 years in the Iowa National Guard in a variety of roles including human resources, talent development, logistics and operations. His efforts and expertise have achieved regional and national awards for multiple organizations.

Robert's education and certifications include:

• Basic Instructor Certification from the U.S. Army, 2011

• Demonstrated Senior Logistician from the International Society of Logistics, 2017

• Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Grand View University, 2018

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from The DMAIC Way by Creative Solutions Group, 2020

• Talent Optimization Consultant from Predictive Index, 2021

• Extreme Facilitation from Aveea Partners, 2021

• Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional from SHRM, 2023

• And he is currently a PhD candidate working on a dissertation about advancing HR analytics skills among HR professionals.

As you might tell from this long list, MARKETING is not one of his strengths, however, where there is a weakness, there is an opportunity.

In 2023, Robert was smart enough to reach out for some marketing help, and along came Marketing Assistant, Annika Shaw in April to save the day, or at least she will when she gets to this website.

Annika is an amazing soon-to-be graduate of Drake University with a B.S. in Marketing and B.A. in Music, and quite the cello player among other things.

Annika's first project is supporting the Early Childhood Music and Movement Association with marketing their biennial convention. So, while the Achieve More Group website and marketing is lacking, be assured Annika is on the case for ECMMA because our clients come first and we want to help them...
